I think it would be great for the brand to be bought by Apple. Then every bug would be considered a feature and they could slowly remove actual features and people who support apple would defend it with their life.
Here are reasons why it would be a terrible idea:
1. No more Android integration
2. Only apple music supported
3. Forced apple ecosystem integration
4. Rebranding devalues current cars even more
5. More conservative updates and features that come many years after everyone has them.
6. New redesign
7. Loss of Nvidia deal for AI.
8. Loss of Saudi investment
9. And for fun: every new model look exactly the same except you get new look for icons.
