A few data points for my 4 years of ownership.
First 3 years in Dallas everything was mobile except HV battery replacement which they enclosed trailered the car to Houston. From booking to back home turn around was 1 week. Not this was all pre-gravity - pre long service waits.
Final year moved to Bay Area.
First service in bay was mobile. I think I waited maybe a week for them to come to my home. Second service was an HV battery replacement at Millbrae. 3 month wait time from booking to appointment day. 4 week turn around with loaner provided via enterprise ( got lucid air ). So clearly a big backlog.
Just called for annual service. Service year 2 and 4 are in service center. Year 1 and 3 is mobile Unknown wait time as they called me back same day but the person who schedules service had already left. This was late afternoon Friday . I’m expecting a call Monday. Apparently they are still backlogged.
Considering rocklin instead as they have next day appointments. But I have choice in my area. Lucid is working hard to clear backlog and staff up.
