Target $0

Technically, the stock went down because there was more sellers than buyers. What makes someone sell and someone else buy can be for zillions of reasons - the stock market isn’t that complex - it’s just that it is not predictable - just like people.

It’s a great place to work! Never a boring day!
Algorithms, it’s not people actual buying or selling, unless it’s a cult stock

So they did a reverse split to stay above $5 less than a year ago, and the C-suite got us in the same position again….the lack of performance by Lucid executives is mind blowing. Thank you Marc and Rawlinson, your legacy will live for a longtime.

It was to stay above $10 ($1) to avoid delisting. I’m sure they expected it to drop below $10, which it did, and they prevented a delisting. I haven’t heard any talk of another reverse split. They still have a lot it can fall before it got to that.

PIF won’t back out. They have backed Lucid for almost a decade and spent 10 billion. They are just a couple of years away from profitability.
I agree, as mid sized is approaching its either Lucid goes bankrupt trying to ramp up or short gets trapped.

They are doing everything to surpress stock price.

My money is on Lucid.

Hopefully. Of course, they had committed billions to the Liv Golf Tour, and The Line too before finally pulling the plug. But fingers crossed for Lucid. I've been accumulating shares on the way down.

Good they cancelled The Line, its a money pit with not much contribution to citizen livelihood. More fund available for other projects that matters like Lucid.

Exactly, many sold shares like 61 million shares sold are borrowed not owned. Someone is also paying people to borrow with a negative interest rate to borrow.

IMO, its either stock goes to 0 or short gets cooked. Having meme stock GME experience, they are smarter now.

Yet you get Youtuber like Financial Journy or Lucid City whatever you call it putting up video yesterday saying another RS coming as title with only personal speculation and click bait.

Sadly its the only channel that covers $LCID almost daily, but the content is not always negative.

Youtuber used to add a question mark with a statement like this maybe to prevent
getting sued, now they don't even care.

He’s gotten quite a few cease and desist letters from other companies over the years. Lucid did invite him to the investor day.

(unable to post link-guess the forum hates this site) indicating some deep investors have confidence.

Also, in the Lucid section on this site, on Page 2, there is a long discussion about the locked-in-child issue from the forum. Many
LucidOwners are quoted in the article anonymously.

That website is banned (and is the only one) because it is regularly a source of misinformation. Information is not sourced at all (in their “articles”) and thus it is untrustworthy; and it has regularly been wrong before. It is, at best, an EV tabloid.

Sometimes they publish something that is accurate, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. The problem is you generally have no way of knowing what they simply completely made up and what is true.

We try to find primary sources (or at least actual journalism) for that reason.

Oops, my bad. I was a little surprised to see a long article based upon this forum, including as you
noted many unattributed quotes.

I'll be more careful going forward.

there are a lot of MoUs signed and being signed between Lucid and gov. agencies that are helping lucid

below is one of them

https://www.prnewswire.com/ae/news-...ment-fund-hrdf-in-saudi-arabia-301658095.html

I believe this MoU has helped Lucid build their service centers in Middle east as well as create NAVA

https://nava.edu.sa/en/

recently, Lucid has signed another MoU with Ministry of Investment, which means, there is something being cooked

not to mention, Lucid already is getting government support of labors' salaries of about 50% + tax breaks

you have to read between the lines to see how much support Lucid is getting

during investor day, I am sure most of you have not noticed but there was one line says GIB credit , the amount is not huge may be 35 million if not mistaken, but this opens the door for something bigger

GIB is a bank of the banks , it is the bank that gives money to other banks in GCC, guess what, they gave Lucid a credit which is a big deal. GIB is owned by PIF, you see how things are start to take shape?

moreover, Saudi gov. is covering 50% of lucid cost if you are a top ranking gov. employee. I have a feeling that they will expeand this program to middle level employees once the mid size comes out

I just found this

there are so much going on, and retail investors are just focusing on the negative side of the news. but, there is big positive side no one is talking about.
from my humble experience, any government backed company will succeed because it is part of a vision and a plan, just give it time, it is a strategy and not tactic

Great information and nuanced with a local perspective - THANKS!

Does $5 today proves its not the entire market 🤔
Almost all the stocks are recovering and Lucid doing what it does every day (go down further and further). Rumors are they dont have parts ready for Cosmos yet and this may be a BS. But with Lucid position now, anything that is negative gets weighed more then positive weather its legit or not ☹️

Off Exchange Short Volume did go from 2 millionish to now 8.5 million, and there are broker lending $LCID shares out to shorts cheaper than free.
Once could say its Lucid fault no one scooping up to counter the shorting, but this kind of shorting is abnormal.

No source confirms your rumour.
