too late for survey but the touch steering wheel nag comes too soon to turn on the windshield wipers which need a stalk

What? The nag is every 15 seconds without torque. Even if you only have one hand, I think you can press a button within 15 seconds. Am I misunderstanding?

My bud has a new ford truck that does dream drive om interstates and he never has to touch the wheel. My 2016 Tesla S only nagged every 30 seconds. 15 seconds is not long enough to find a channel or wiper setting
