...And as to music quality, I HOPE that I can discern the difference between the Sony set in my Ford and the Surreal Sound Pro that I ordered. I vaguely recall that the Ford's stereo sounded better than that of my Subaru Outback (which sounded like a BB shaken in a match box) and given the expected quiet of the Gravity, I expect to be able to hear the higher bit rate of the music. That is, unless the high frequency hearing loss from flying jets doesn't limit my ears to TV quality sound.

I agree with TahoeMichael. These SA estimates of when your vehicle will go into production are pie in the sky guesses. Hardly any of these estimates have panned out. I would believe nothing until you see your dashboard flip to “In Production”. My SA has never given me one of these estimates, but rather just a “lets hope your Gravity goes into production within the next couple weeks.”

If you listen to bass heavy music you might be disappointed. I listen to weird music with lots of instruments and notes and it sounds amazing. Jazz kills it in this car. Jam Band music sounds incredible. So good I’ve taken drives just to listen to it. But it is lacking a little oomph on the bass.

I LOVE the bass in our Gravity with SSPro. If you like super “pop” bass, you may not like it, but it’s earth shaking, rumble making bass and I love it. Again, sounds is incredibly subjective. Personally, I think it’s much better than our X and our R1S upgraded system.

Does it sound like the subs I installed in the trunk of my Oldsmobile in early 90s? No. But then again, the car also doesn’t shake and rattle and sound like it’s about to fall apart at any time.

Having done audio production, I can verify this is true. Moreover, you'll never hear music without hearing all of the mistakes in it.

The way I've described it is it has perfect bass for me to hear any music I want to listen to the way I want to hear it, which is with a big soundstage and bass that can boom but doesn't overwhelm. The key is that the car makes me feel like I'm listening to music, not like the neighborhood is.

Jet noise!??
uh oh...I just realized 3 decades of running a dental drill a foot and a half from my ears may well have impaired me to now be unable to discern the difference between Spotify and Tidal!!

I would literally die. Zero chance I'd survive that. Would make it far less than 3 decades, lol.
 
Having driven Teslas for 10 years, the front collision warning on my Gravity is just as sensitive, if not more sensitive, as on the Teslas. It constantly reacts to parked cars when I'm just going up our Oakland Hills roads on the way to my house, for example.

To be fair, that's a pretty challenging test! Narrow winding roads with parked cars. In a way, it's reassuring to know that it can detect some stationary objects.

Having endured decades of attorney jokes, can you share some dentist jokes ???? :)

And ya know generally, when YOU are holding the sharp things not too many ppl make jokes!!
(I do however, get a lot of questions about why dentists are so prone to committing suicide??)

Dentists are historically stereotypically very A/R, overly thrifty, and most are bad businessmen (ya know - paying a $35/hr employee to sit there and flip through supply catalogs to save 4 cents on gauze!!) so there's a good many jokes like "he was so stingy he did this.." but I'm drawing a blank at the end of a long day here, sorry

Maybe the Moderator @Bobby knows some?
