Suggested body repair shops in mid-south?

hit a piece of an 18 wheeler tire the other day on the interstate, broke one of the lower fins in the bumper, so now i'm looking to get it fixed. not a whole lot of options her in the mid south (tn, ms, al, ga), in fact i see 3 according to the lucid 'locations'! anyone have any experience with any of those body shops? (good or bad) i'm in memphis so will have to drive no matter where i go. thanks!
