Air Touring
I used Spotify for an hour earlier today without issues. After a logo reset, Spotify completely disappeared from my 1-week old Air Touring. It’s missing from the music menu on the small screen and missing from the applications page on the larger screen (see pics attached). Did a couple soft resets and no luck. Now what?

I don't think anyone has reported this behavior on this forum before. Did you do the logo or brake reset? If one and not the other, I would suggest trying both.

Just from your images, have you considered disconnecting your phone and making sure CarPlay isn't causing it to disappear? Separately, does spotify appear in CarPlay?

If nothing else, I would say call Lucid Service Center. They may have an idea.

Very strange - just waited until the morning, and it reappeared

I know this thread is 9 months old, but I've just recently started having this problem (started on December 30, 2025), and a few others, all while using the Spotify app in my 2025 Air Pure.
The simplest: Spotify just stops working. The only way to get it working is to leave the car for a while (long enough for it to go to sleep), then it will come back, but often stop again just one or two songs later. If I have the Lucid app open on my iPhone (which I usually do, since I use the phone as key), the app with alert that the car is off line. But the car still operates normally.
Next level: Spotify stops working, and the app disappears. Just like above, the only way to get it back is to leave the car for a while (long enough for it to go to sleep).
Top level: Spotify stops working, and ALL of the media apps disappear. The window just states "No Media Detected". Once again, the only way to get it back is to leave the car long enough for it to go to sleep. One time I had this happen, and a few minutes later, the music app on my phone started playing, but I don't remember if it was the Bluetooth connection of CarPlay that came back.
For all of these, software resets don't work. Not the Air logo one, or the steering wheel buttons and brake one. The car has to go to sleep.

From my experience, this sounds less like a normal Spotify app glitch and more like the car’s infotainment or connectivity stack crashing in the background. The fact that resets don’t fix it but a full vehicle sleep cycle does usually points to a system service getting stuck rather than just the app itself.

I'm seeing almost the exact same thing on my car. Once the media apps disappear and it says "No Media Detected," it feels like it's more than just Spotify crashing. Have you noticed if this started after a recent software update, or did it just happen out of the blue? I'm curious if other owners are seeing the same pattern.

It appears that since my car updated to Software 2.9.3, (in late June) this problem has stopped. I don't want to say the update definitely took care of the problem yet, but Spotify hasn't randomly stopped or disappeared from the music menu since. I just haven't been taking enough long drives while playing Spotify to be convinced the problem is solved.
So right now, for me, it's a tentative "fixed by software update"
