Spotify disappeared?

I used Spotify for an hour earlier today without issues. After a logo reset, Spotify completely disappeared from my 1-week old Air Touring. It’s missing from the music menu on the small screen and missing from the applications page on the larger screen (see pics attached). Did a couple soft resets and no luck. Now what?

I don't think anyone has reported this behavior on this forum before. Did you do the logo or brake reset? If one and not the other, I would suggest trying both.

Just from your images, have you considered disconnecting your phone and making sure CarPlay isn't causing it to disappear? Separately, does spotify appear in CarPlay?

If nothing else, I would say call Lucid Service Center. They may have an idea.
