JUst an FYI... There is a USB2 port in the glovebox (upper left and back) that is for the recordings. It does require a relatively fast memory stick before you can configure Halo and Drive Recording.

Oddly it happened to me in the afternoon when I was driving and a pop up came saying key fob not detected almost 3-4 times while driving without any problem with driving.
Later in the evening it happened again but this time when I got in the car and was not shifting to drive. After going out and coming back it worked.
Yesterday the screens blanked out and it didn’t happen today and hopefully the key fob issue won’t happen again tomorrow.

I truly am thankful to lucid for getting the halo secure to help deal with the irresponsible and dangerous drivers.
 
I will say Halo secure from within the car runs much much smoother than the first version of the Tesla sentry mode or whatever Rivian calls it

My Gavity has been at the service center since Monday with failed update. Originally went in for a window seal issue, but they said they’d install the update. This failed several times due to the Access Control Module not updating.

Now they are saying they’d install are looking at the center console and that they might have to replace it. That could explain the issues I saw with the key fob and key card. A little annoying that it’s been away for so long, but glad that the issue happened at the service center instead of in my garage.

Quick update. They are replacing my center console. Somewhat annoying because it took until Friday for them to reach the conclusion that hardware replacement was needed, so overnighting the parts won’t arrive until Monday. However, I’m hoping that this permanently fixes any key issues as well, so I’m optimistic!

I'm wondering about the other cameras in the car. There the b pillar, I assume the one on the top of the windshield, and the one facing the interior(?). Are those going to come later?

Lucid mirrored Tesla’s UI but you can see where the extra cameras are in Tesla in my pic below.

In Tesla and Rivian, there’s no access to any of the windshield cameras. Tesla does give you the interior one (I use it to check in on my dog) and the b pillars.

I don’t think the b pillar view in our X is that insightful, but maybe Lucid will provide at some point.

Tesla’s load super fast, but they’ve been available for years and improving. At first, they loaded like the Gravity’s - slow or never.

Anyone updated iPhones yet? Ever since switching hardware I’ve lost the Live View tab on my iOS App. Wondering if it’s just me….

I think he means he changes iPhone, like to the new 17 family.

I assume you tried the ol’ delete and re install the app? That usually fixes app things for me after a transfer based on a backup restore.

I updated the app a few days ago also and didn’t have issues but when I upgraded to iPhone 17 yesterday and logged back into the Lucid App on the new phone the “Live View” tab has been missing ever since.
 
I have a disconnect between my app and the vehicle. The App shows Version 3.2.2 but the gravity itself shows 3.3.1. Any ideas for how to reconcile the two? I tried deleting the app from the iPhone and reinstalling. Its preventing me from using the "Live View" feature.

I would try like someone else had mentioned and uninstall the app and reinstall it from your phone. It's possible you don't have the latest version on there. No idea how much testing has been done for the app and the iPhone 17 family and if there are any issues with it....hope you can resolve that one quickly.

Yes, that was the first thing I tried. The app is definitely up to date.

Tried the old log out and log back in trick to no avail so did your recommendation and deleted the app and reinstalled. That fixed it and the live view tile is now back and functioning :)

Mine does same! Set a color and it defaults back to white after each sleep. Will DM my VIN. As a bonus, you currently have my Gravity DE in service (Millbrae). It’s been in service for two weeks now.
 
I did the reboot sequence, not sure if it work. Just held it for 20 seconds. And slowly all the screens came back.

I spoke too soon, started getting the key fob disconnected messages again frequently as well. Same as Ron above. Also the screens staying black issue is I have to say super annoying. This is not the stability release I was looking for.
