Anyone install this update yet, if so how did it go? I scheduled for 1am tonight...

Enhanced Towing​

New features make towing with your Lucid Gravity a breeze:

  • Tow Mode: Adjust vehicle settings to maximize comfort and control while towing.

  • Hitch View and Trailer Light Check: Keep an eye on your trailer hitch with an additional option in the Rear View Monitor and verify that your trailer lights work properly.

Not in the notes but HUD is adjustable vertically and dynamic lighting does something now

Yes. I have it on my GGT. Works perfectly fine (so far) except Tidal is spotty. Isn’t playing 70% of the time/songs. Haven’t gotten any random errors about wireless charging, etc so I think those were addressed.

Actual spec’d car shows up on vehicle screen where you choose drive modes.

“Animate” button still appears in vibes/lights but doesn’t appear to do anything on GGT - but not dark enough for me to see yet.

Halo is really cool (not fully stable, but cool), fob works (mine was updated at SC per release notes).

Have you done the steering wheel reset to see if that resolves your TiDAL issue
 
Good news for those concerned about what version of software they’re on. Version 3.3.1 appears to say “update successful” each time you start it, as 3.2.2 did! Only driven twice with it but saw it both times.
 
I don’t know whether to post this again in bugs or here. 3.3.1 did not fix the pocket universe that is the center console blocking my iPhone gps and cell signal. Most importantly, my fob works! So if the center console must continue to be the Bermuda Triangle for my phone, that’s fine.

Wireless charging works fine (still), but if my phone is on the charger, GPS won’t work and I can’t carry on a phone call - it keeps breaking up. Put it up on the arm rest and it’s fine…

What version of iPhone? I have a 16 Pro Max and haven't had issues taking calls with the phone on the wireless charger. Don't know if GPS is being blocked as I don't use it to navigate while in car but I assume if the antenna is working to take calls then the GPS is working also.

I have a 15 Pro and it’s been acting this way ever since delivery. I think @hmp10 has the issue as well. It’s quite strange. If my phone is anywhere on the center console - even in the cup holders - the issue occurs. But I do wonder if it’s broader than just a few of us.

I really don’t/won’t care until CarPlay comes out for Gravity.

That’s so weird. Mine works with no issues and hope it stays that way with the iPhone 17 on Friday.

Anyone notice how quickly the App wakes up the car now? Almost instant

I'm having the same problem and am in colorado as well. There was a release notes comment saying only available in certain regions but I assumed that meant more like the US. Maybe it's more granular than that.
 
The new update appears to be an overall improvement on my DE:

1) The car seems to start up faster with less "blank screen" in the first few seconds and faster connection to the internet (Maybe I'm imagining this?).
2) The HUD is now moveable and the font/graphics appear bigger and bolder which helps with the wonkiness it has when projecting on my windshield. It now looks much better.
3) Tried out the Live View which works as advertised... Someone in another thread did note that theirs didn't work until they turned off the Wifi on their phone... I was not on wifi when I tried mine out earlier.
4) I never really had keyfob issues--but after the update when I was sifting through the new menu options and saw the "no keyfob detected" message pop up and then disappear upon moving my leg (with key in pocket)...so I guess shaking the keyfob is no longer a bluff? That being said, I've had no issues opening/locking doors or driving since the update (which was a relief that they didn't break what was actually working on my GDE). I have not had the keyfob updated by the Lucid techs yet.
5) My Gravity on the home screen is now Black and matches my actual car spec including wheels.
6) Tow mode buttons are now there (haven't tried that out).
7) When turning out of my street I felt like the car may have had a slight tweak of the rear wheel steer allowing for tighter turns (again, maybe I'm imagining this---anyone else noticed any difference with tight turns?)
8) Saw the menu options for recording as well as record button up next to the notifications/cell signal strength meter which I assume is to quickly record something if needed....I need to find a USB drive and plug it in! and try this out!
9) I haven't had any issues with "my favorites" not showing up on SXM. I think that intermittent bug was fixed.

It will record/save automatically depending on what options you enable in the menu options. Honk horn, hard brake, etc. You will also have a record button at the top of the cockpit screen. When you tap this it will add the last 30 seconds of video and record the next 30 seconds for a 1 min capture. you can access the recordings on the halo secure icon that can be added to the pilot panel menu. Tap the dots at the end of the screen to see it. I removed the pointless Sanctuary Mode off my menu and replaced it with Halo Secure :p

Did you log out of Tidal and log back into your Tidal account in the car? I’m wondering if it needs to re-catalog your library in the car.

Hmm. Didn’t try that. All of my songs show up and playlists. But when I tap them, the skip back and forward buttons are there, but no play/pause button is there on screen and songs don’t play.

If I go to apps screen, it’s logged in. Will try logging out later.

Anyone else having Tidal issues? 3.2.2 had fixed them for me previously.

Also, @DrZorro I’m the one who said live view doesn’t work over my home WiFi. It works sometimes when on LTE. More often than not, it times out and doesn’t connect. They’ll figure it out
