It's not a good idea from a security standpoint to have your home button actually be where your home is located. For example, unethical valets have been known to tell criminal associates about the home address of a nice car that was just parked, such that the (probably also nice) home might be empty for quite a while. It's considered a good idea to have 'home' really be 'close, but no cigar', such as a nearby intersection.

Ability to press a button on the app and lower all 4 windows by an inch or completely to flush out the hot air during summer season!

My wife's BMW has a setting like this, but when it is home it doesn't automatically unlock until you touch the door handle.
