Software 3.6.5 Released

I got the Home Assistant notification that my Gravity was downloading an update but it hasn't popped up as available in the app for me yet.
 
Were you guys having window issues? Curious if this is getting rolled out to everyone or just the vehicles with issues

I think it must be for everyone - how would Lucid know which cars are having a window issue, or almost having one?

Could be vendor part version specific. I believe if my memory remembers correctly there has already been such a case.
 
I have to believe the apparently huge logs that are uploaded frequently show unusual behavior such as window status. Heck, the app allows you to lower the windows for ventilation - the car knows the status of the windows.

But, I'm not a software engineer. No 3.6.5 coming to me. I did have a window not going up problem, however it was a regulator issue repaired by mobile two weeks ago.

Looking forward to this hopefully fixing the weird window issues. Mine is sitting in service for the next 5-6 weeks
 
If this is like other updates the 3.6.5 update will be rolled out to everyone as the way (at least in the past for Gravity) the software updates work is you have to have all the previous updates to get the latest and greatest. So if 3.7.5 was to roll out and you didn't have 3.6.5 for some reason the 3.7.5 update would not be pushed until the car was updated to 3.6.5.

Lucid does have car-specific updates. Some cars will skip a version they don’t need, then sync back up on the next release. Not saying this is that, but it has happened before.

I haven't found it to be the case with the Gravity as of yet. I'm hoping to get the update as the front passenger window on our gravity is having the problem whereby the window goes all the way up and then drops halfway down like the car doesn't know when the window is up.

There was one a while back that was a targeted update to specific VINs (3.3.22).

This is correct. The release is targeting newer VINs.

3.3.22 was a limited release and by the wording on this one it could be a limited release also.
 
My Gravity downloaded an update but it still hasn't prompted me so I also wonder if that's the case. Download > check for whatever requirement is needed > skips on vehicles that don't have the specific problem.

Although my Gravity does still have the bug that happens when you partially open the passenger side window, the up toggle on the switch makes it go down instead and then it will go up.
