Software 2.1.35. Currently installed.

I got my Lucid yesterday, 2023 air pure with only 1600 miles, been sitting somewhere in the garage for a year. As I am getting it all set up, saw the currently software version on the car and app showing up as 2.1.35 and version 2.1.40 available on the app. I am seeing versions 2.3.something listed as current. I am guessing I am way behind on the updates?
I did try to update to 2.1.40 as showing available on the app, though car states it is fully updated, phone screen goes to "preparing for update" then nothing happens and comes back to update available. Checked the car also after doing this for a few times, but nothing happening in the car either.
Solutions?

Call customer service

As @DeaneG stated, you need to call customer service. If your car falls too far behind or an update failed, no new updates are sent to the car. They need to restart the update process for your car.
