Great question and I don't have a definite answer but will further investigate. For now, last year we staged at the parking lot next to the event. Set your GPS to 1865 Orange Ave, LB, CA (corner of 19th St.) and follow the purple.
The orange area is where we gathered once we all drove in together but I'd like to see us in a different area this year.
