Does anyone know what this is?
It's an area on the passenger side of the windshield that seems clear - no factory coating or tint.
I'm thinking it may be an area for a tag...my toll tag under the rear view mirror mount doesn't appear to work.

I… have not seen that. Can you take a picture in the light?

In my Dream edition, that area is in the lower right corner. I heard that they did away with that in later models. It was an area that had the metallization removed for some kind of transponder.

Yeah, that is the windshield mine delivered with too. But I haven’t seen this iteration before.

Thanks y'all, I'll try a new toll tag in that area, hopefully it'll work.
Strange though that it doesn't work in it's current location, others have reported it should.

Can you take a picture in the daylight? I’m not certain that what was been discussed here is right. The very first iteration of the windshield was metallized and had a small corner on the bottom right of the passenger seat for the toll tag. The problem is that in CA, you need to adjust a setting/slider, which was impossible with that design.

There have been a lot of iterations since, but none metallized.
