I believe it you used those settings (seat heater and or steering) on your most recent drive, then the next time you turn on climate control..those will activate once again. At least that's what I've noticed.
That is true. Even if you switch profiles. I try to turn those off when I exit the car for the evening. Those settings not being in the app really doesn't matter because they work so quickly when you turn them on in the car. I can't do the seat heater above the lowest setting.
It's the last button on the right. I'm not sure what this actually does.

Ehhh when it’s in the mids 30s turning on the seats ahead of time is a well needed feature.
What do you mean? When you turn that feature on and you get in the car on a cold day, it will automatically turn the steering wheel and seat heaters on. Yours doesn’t do that?
Admittedly, mine has never been in temperatures colder than the low 50s, but neither of those has ever turned on automatically. Unless they were already on when the car was turned off.
I’ve noticed it needs to be particularly cold for it to do it.
Are you saying you can't turn on that setting? Or are you saying that you can turn the setting on but the steering wheel and seat do not preheat when you turn on the remote climate from the app?
Same I can't find any documentation as to what conditions it thinks it should be turned on, but I have been in 15 DEG F and it didn't automatically activate
