Roof glass heated with warming about the vehicle?

Hello. I live in Germany and I do have an Audi etron currently.
When it is snowing I simply turn on the car heating for warming up the entire vehicle.also the glass as you can see from the picture.

Is it also available for lucid gravity?I could not find it in any documentation

Is that the car with the three arrows for the glass you mean? OK that is good because our garage is too small.. Too much stuff for the kids and the car from my wife is innit si I park in front of the house..

That would be good if lucid gravity then also wamrs the glass so snow melts itself

I used the feature during Chicago snowstorms of 0 DEG C, its quite powerful, the defrosters melt everything off the glass.

That sounds perfect. I used to do that every time with my Audi. Snow alarm in weather forecast I simply make 7am or so heated car and I can just jump in and go while neighbours have to remove Snow manually

Can confirm that defrosting is quite thorough even during this most recent Boston winter, however there are lots of quirks with the window motors not operating in the cold long after the snow/ice have melted. This is rather a pain with the frameless doors, where you might need to wait an extra 15 minutes to be able to get the door open. or deal with the windows flexing because they don't go down to close the door... I hope there's an eventual fix.

Oh that does not sound good. For my audi sportback it is working like charm. It is really cosy to get in and everything is melted... THanks for the hint that it might not work properly.

I've forgotten what it’s like to own a car without this function. Even my 2018 Nissan Leaf came with it. I recently had a loaner for two weeks while my Gravity was in service (I’m planning to write a separate article about this, maybe even a book, because only 3 out of the 16 reported issues have actually been fixed), and every morning, getting into a freezing car, I was cursing up a storm because Lucid doesn't let you log into your profile in loaner cars.

The de-icing of the windshield feature on the Air is excellent and super handy. It actually squirts warm water to melt the ice every so often as it pushes the wipers up in increments to remove the melted snow and ice. Takes a minute or so, but clears the windshield right up. The back defroster is just a standard defrost.

Can't vouch for the Gravity.

I think that applies to any brand. Loaner cars usually can't be added to the app for security reasons. It’s the exact same story for me with BMW and Polestar.

Not Tesla, when you get a loaner all of your settings transfer over automatically. It even logs into to Spotify, Netflix, etc automatically for you. They even give you free super charging on loaners!
