Our Air GT started to creep and not hold on stop and the Regen seems less. Really annoying. Tried logo reset. It's slept several times.
Any hints?

Did you check your drive settings to make sure it still toggled to high regen and hold? Our Air GT started to creep and not hold on stop and the Regen seems less. Really annoying. Tried logo reset. It's slept several times.

Personally I have strong suspicion that this occurs due to the lack of a confirmation when a setting is toggled... a simple "finger swipe astray" will silently alter a setting as you scroll down the list of settings...Mine resets or forgets its settings sometimes. ...
No. It’s 3 layers down in menus and only happens when a black screen flashes.Personally I have strong suspicion that this occurs due to the lack of a confirmation when a setting is toggled... a simple "finger swipe astray" will silently alter a setting as you scroll down the list of settings...
This seems dangerous, I’d call customer service I guess. See if they can reset it or something. The settings in the screens had not changed but we toggled them anyway. No effect![]()
Ok embarrassing admission here: I found the problem. When we put our floor mats back into the car, the driver side mat was over the one-pedal. Surprisingly the only effect was the creep/low regen. These particular mats are stiff and pre-shaped so that is probably why the effect was small. Our Air GT started to creep and not hold on stop and the Regen seems less. Really annoying. The creep was much less than one would experience with a gas car. It was more like we missed the great way the car stopped and set the Hold. And yes I have to say the temperamental aspect did prevent me from looking into the problem. I actually thought the team who cleaned our interior had bumped some kind of mysterious sensor. So your Air was operating for over three months with ~2% throttle application at all times? And to stop and Park the vehicle, you overrode the throttle with the service brakes? I'm shocked you never encountered any Drive System errors along the way. I can't help but be reminded of the Toyota Prius floor mat debacle of the late 2000s, which I believe led the industry to adopt the "both pedals depressed = braking by default" system. But the Air being a rather temperamental car, I'd expect it to produce a Contact Customer Care prompt on the first application.![]()
