Reporting bugs / Requesting features

Does Lucid have a specific place for reporting bugs or making feature requests? Some place where you know they’re seeing every post. Or is this forum that place?

Email customercare at lucidmotors.com with a detailed description of your bug/request. If it's a bug include timestamps of when you saw it, pictures if relevant, and your VIN. They make take a while to get back to you, but that's the appropriate way to get things heard.
