I needed information on how to remove all personal information from my Air. I tried "factory reset" and the next day my personal settings and info were back.
I phoned customer support and waited on hold for 30 minutes. I finally pressed "1" for a call back. It's been three days, no call back. I've sent them three emails, which are supposed to be answered in 72 hours. Nada. Two years ago Lucid always responded within a day to emails and hold times were rarely more than ten minutes. Does anyone still work there?
