With some of my referral points, I ordered a set of the weather tech like car mats. I then went back on a separate order and accidentally ordered another set of the same mats, along with a few other items. I noticed it immediately and reached out to Lucid customer support. They notified me that the points were non refundable, despite the fact that they hadn't shipped the mats yet. What I wanted of course, are the points back..but at this point, I have no points and no mats. Has anyone run into this in the past and how did you handle it?
