Rear Screen Music Control

Hello All,

Brand new Gravity Dream owner here. I’m coming out of a 2025 Lincoln Aviator. My teenage daughter often rides in the back of my car and really enjoyed the ability to control the music in the vehicle in the Aviator.

Do you think it likely that feature might become available for the rear screen in the gravity at some point in the future via OTA update?

They've much to sort through including window issues, unreliable DDPro, meh HUD, and other things they may have promised would not be the way they currently are

Not sure about music but well over a year ago David Flynt from Lucid demoed the car and said that media on the rear screen was coming. The video is from April 2025 though which is several lifetimes ago for both Lucid and Gravity given what they have gone through since.

My guess is that it is still on the future feature update list but really far down. Worth noting that there had been discussion of Lucid hiring to create a native Apple Music app in 2023 and we still don’t have that. So…….But I agree, at least having music control similar to Rivian would be fantastic.

He's still at Lucid, so hopefully marc and him are working on it. Their product team is currently a bit of a mess but hoping Dave can right that part of the ship.

In all fairness I think he was referencing my comment which listed issues with the windows (amongst other things) as possibly a higher priority for Lucid & owners than whether they can have a rear screen music control feature added
