RangeXchange Charging Adapter not in Rewards store?

I was hoping to use some rewards points to pick up the RangeXchange Charging Adapter but I'm not seeing it in the rewards store, though it does seem to be available at the regular store. Am I just missing it, or is there some reason it might not be included there?
