Hey Guys, it is normal for the car to self lock when you walk away AND you have the key fob inside the car. Is the car assuming I have my phone with me with the mobile app installed ? What if I dont have my phone with me and I run into the conv store or just run into work to grab something at night and leave the key fob in the car -- am I going to get locked out ? Can anybody provide some clarity ?

It'll lock after a set period of time. Just push the door handle and it will unlock. Also, don't put the key fob in the cup holder.
