Quantum Grey AGT Chrome Delete

Hello from the Rocket City aka Huntsville, Alabama. I have been lurking on the Lucid Motor forum since March 2022 to learn everything I could; this forum has been a treasured resource for me. I would like to take a minute to express my appreciation to this forum's creator and moderators. I would like to thank the Lucid engineers, both hardware and software, in addition to Customer Care for your dedication and amazing professionalism dealing with all the challenges that came your way. I saw how the Lucid team went from UX1.0 to UX2.0 (The Mythical Man-Month) in a very short period time. I know that UX3.0 is going to be something special once it is released on Android Auto Monday.

A few days ago I had my Quantum Grey/Mojave Lucid AGT was fully wrapped in STEK Dynoshield. The results were fantastic! The installers fully wrapped the edges of the panels so well you can't tell that the car has Paint Protection Film (PPF). I also had PPF installed on the Glass Cockpit and Pilot Screen. The installers also applied STEK Gloss Black PPF to all Silver/Chrome Accent pieces. Even better I had Geoshield APEX Ceramic 35% Automotive film installed on the four sides windows and rear window. With the chrome deleted and new window tint, my car looks absolutely amazing!

For installation I use the experts at TRC Detailing Specialists in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Tanner and his team at TRC did an incredible job on my Lucid AGT. They kept me informed every step of the way via texts and pictures. I would highly recommend TRC Detailing Specialists to anyone in the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee surrounding regions.

I am facing a little dilemma ….I can’t decide wether to Black the wheels out or powdercoat them dark gray…I plan to keep the black aero inserts…Anyone did a similar chrome delete for their wheels.

Please post a picture of your car once you have powder coated your rims.

Yeah ..the gap don’t really bother me ….Kinda which the Lucid had a Air suspension to lower the car like on my Model S 😊

Here's my Quantum Grey GT with chrome delete - went with gloss black. Long term, I'm going to use the stock 19s for winter tires, but for summer I'm just trying to decide between getting the Lucid 20" wheels or going to Forza wheels and having another set of 19s made with a different design.

Thanks! A special thanks to @jsf1993 for answering some questions via PM that gave me the confidence to take the plunge.
You’re VERY welcome….My pleasure and I thank others who led the way for me before I took the plunge. We’re all paying it forward.

Your car is gorgeous and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the heck out of it!

I think I commented on this car in another thread - maybe on Rennlist? I love it - if I end up with a Lucid I want it to look like this one.
