Lots of issues and I am sure I will get booted. First of all, this forum is an echo chamber for lucid lovers. I have a lucid air touring, great car but I like criticism. The car is great but the process of buying the car was atrocious, my simple feedback is act more like the ritz or four seasons. Treat the customers with utmost care, anticipate their needs. Of course all of this within reason and lucid will be a trillion dollar company!

If you believe that this forum is an echo chamber for Lucid Lovers, then you have not read much of the forum. Nobody here is saying that Lucid is perfect. Rather than calling the buying process atrocious, please tell us what the issue were so we can all learn from it. Why put this in the investor chat rather than the buying process?
