Problem with unlocking after OTA 2.6.0

The recent OTA was unsuccessful and my car is now a complete mess. Mobile key is not working. Card key is not working. The only way to open or lock the car is through the mobile app. My pilot screen is a mess - cant switch off the swiper - it kicks in intermittently. The door lock button is not working. Infact most buttons are not working.

I've CS twice and best I received was another attempt will be made for the OTA. Until then painful experience all around.

Have you tried a two button reset? Hold x microphone and brake until the system reboots, about 15 seconds.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll be able to get a hold of service. They are always busy after an update. Good luck!

I've CS twice and best I received was another attempt will be made for the OTA. Until then painful experience all around.

In the past, the OTA retry came within 24 hours for me.

Tried that 2x and it didnt work. Still a mess.

Today, I got in the car and the main screen was black and would not come up. Tried the X Microphone and brake and still did not come up. I then tried the blinker reset, walked away for 5 minutes and it then came up. Hope this helps.

+48hrs and counting. I'll stay optimistic they'll come through with an update.

Super weird, and doesn’t sound like a software bug. Certainly retry the update when they deliver it, but I fear a service visit is in your future.
