Any luck with this? Yesterday I got a loaner from Lucid while they work on few things. I noticed the cool avatar that the loaner has and would now like to update mine. I have the same issue in not being able to upload any image on the app. Each time I attempt to crop, upload, save, etc, nothing actually changes in the app. I’ve tried logging in and out as others have suggested with no luck.

I am on the same boat, I reached out to LUCID and they were going to send it to software team, but I haven't gotten any word from them. I will say send them a note via the chat, so it raises the point to their app developing team or you can call too to get it send up the chain.

Be sure to crop and scale your photo to something reasonable before uploading, I did not do anything as fancy as putting a crop tool in that website.

Logged out and logged back in... it worked!
