I took delivery of my Touring last Saturday. One interesting thing I’m noticing is when it’s in Park the line is centered. Once I put it into Reverse or Drive it is slightly off-center. I was wondering if that’s normal behavior?

Yup; it's indicating that there is a little bit of power draw when it's in gear.
