Possible withdrawals by Gulf investors

Hope it stays that way! Initial reporting, so read likely filled with errors, is uae joined the not war and blew up Iran desalination plant. I am guessing this is maybe why Iran attacked desalination plant in Bahrain. Regardless of deets, this is going to become grim for everyone in the region, hopefully not the understatement of the year in hindsight.
UAE didn't attack anyone. Twitter and FB are full of misinformation.

The way I see it is, Saudi and other GCC countries don't mind Iran regime change, to bring peace to the Middel East so they can grow their economies and " westernize financially ". Iran was a thorn in their backside. Iran does not want peace, the Iranian clergy prefer distrust and hate so they can stay in power. Iranians historically are Persians, not a true Muslim nation. The Ayatollahs finance Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis....GCC countries being attacked is the last straw for them. Even Qatar, that was a major peace negotiater was attacked. I bet you the GCC countries will accept some pain to get rid of the Ayatollahs for good.

Please try to stay on topic. This is emotionally charged and political by nature. I recognize it is impossible to discuss it without politics involved.

With that said, a reminder: this forum is not a discussion forum for politics, no matter who you do or don’t agree with. Discuss Lucid and how it’s affected, but politics are not allowed.

Please remember to be kind.

And happy international women’s day. :)

Exactly, and I can't emphasize this enough. It's some very worrying and stressful times, and we should be mindful of that
