I want to give some love to the people behind Lucid Motors! We all know the cars are incredible, but the people are what really make the experience.

If you’ve had a great interaction with anyone at Lucid….factory, HQ, sales, service, delivery, wherever, I want to hear about it! Who stood out? What did they do? What made it memorable?

Drop your stories below. Let’s give some credit where it’s due 👏

And if you’re feeling tempted to bring the negative energy… this isn’t your moment. Kindly take that tour somewhere else.

I’ll start…

Huge shoutout to Susanne Hachigian. The way she shows up for owners, listens, and actually cares? That’s rare. An absolute asset to the brand and a big reason this whole experience feels different. Her title is Head of Customer Relations, but I also call her a true friend.

Owning a Lucid is one thing… feeling like part of a Lucid family/team is something else entirely.

Your turn friends….

I will honestly say if it wasn't for Susanne and Zak I would've dumped Lucid long ago. Sadly, Zak is gone which I think was a huge misstep on Lucid's part but Susanne still remains and her passion for the brand and to see it succeed makes her go above and beyond. She goes out of her way to help owners even for things that aren't under her responsibility and at owner events I always hear nothing but positive things about Susanne. She truly is an asset to Lucid and just a great person in general.

I haven't interacted with Nick Twork as much but he seems to have the same work ethic as Susanne so I will give him an honorary shout out.

Maybe we start a #BringBackZak campaign!

Those of us who had positive experiences should and do post them. I’m not a fan of soliciting for them though.

Trying to get a positive post going and sharing isn’t “soliciting”. If someone doesn’t want to participate, they don’t have to. It’s kind of the point of a “General Discussion” area of the forum.

this thread already exists
And it’s okay to have another. There are many threads about the same negative topics too.

We allow both, for good reason. Please keep this thread on topic.

This is just as allowed as asking if anyone else has had problems or issues. Please keep this thread on topic.

(And if you’re not interested, it’s perfectly okay to ignore this thread)

Nick and Susanne are both spectacular, largely for the reasons you all have mentioned. Having had plenty of positive experiences with Emad he’s fantastic too.

The thing about Emad that I really like is how he runs his team; it’s “no bullshit, get it done, collaborate and communicate.” There’s no room for “it’s not my job,” which is really important, especially right now.

The service people I’ve interacted with are all really well-meaning too. Understaffed and overworked, but they *really* seem to care. Shout out to Ron and Budd and Ruel at San Jose, as well as Christopher at Millbrae. It’s hard to be in service, period, and especially hard right now at Lucid, given the changes.

And yes, I too miss Zak like crazy.

And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention @marqie who deserves a lot of praise for helping bridge the gap between Lucid and this, uh, “spicy at times” forum :)

I think it’s fair to say this forum has plenty to offer to those who want constant doomscrolling negativity. I’m delighted to see another good news thread.

If you don’t have anything positive to contribute here, that’s fine. But let’s keep this thread on topic by not saying anything in that case. Just pick literally any other thread and go back to business as usual.

It’ll do more to prove your point if this thread ends up having only a few posts, right? Or are you scared it may actually contain dozens of actual customers having a good time?

We’re a community. Let’s respect each other’s thread topics.

By the way, I’ve been away from my Air for almost two weeks, and I can’t wait to get back to driving it. Absence really does make the heart grow fonder.

I'm going to wave a flag for Marqie. They've been very helpful to me, and always a careful listener.

Yesterday NIck (sorry I did not get a last name) from the Michigan Customer Service team called to follow up on my Gravity scheduled charging bugs that I had sent to the swfeedback email. Nick is a very gracious and nice guy who knew everything about the Gravity charging software. We tried a handful of things to try and get it to work but were not successful. He did confirm what I was seeing and was able to download log files of the various things we tried to provide to the engineering team. I am very pleased to see that Lucid is following up on the swfeedback submissions and to have the pleasure of working with NIck.

I always have to give a shoutout to Christopher at Millbrae. Super helpful on the relatively infrequent occasions I need service.

I'm giving a shout out of appreciation to the people at the service center located in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
A huge thank you to Sean, Mason, and Kelly.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with all three.
The most recent being with Kelly.
She is currently working wth me to get the rear window of my Gravity replaced.
I've received responses to my text messages each day.

I now have an appointment to get my window replaced next week when the part arrives.
She has given me the estimated cost (~ $1500) and will be providing me with the information needed for me to be reimbursed by my insurance company.

Delivery day; September 2022:

I love my car. Everyone loves my car.

I have to begin with a shoutout to Peter.
Without his vision, expertise, and enthusiasm, I don't think Lucid would exist today.
Then Garrett who as the Studio manager drove to our house to offer a test drive of the Air -- getting a test drive in 2022 was like winning a lottery ticket.
John, Josh, Chris, and Tyler, among many others at the SC, have always been professional and attentive to their customers.

I always enjoy perusing these threads.. I posted in the service section but I'll repeat here that I had mobile service come out to my office for the 1 year maintenance on my AT. Really neat experience, totally got that premium feeling. Dana and Lewis in the KoP service center were great!

I had my Gravity in for service at Goose Island in Chicago for some cosmetic issues and seat problems. They even replaced my scuffed drivers side door panel. It was scratched when I took delivery. They had the car for three weeks but it was worth it. Stellar customer service.

I love my new Gravity. I had an Air Touring. As others have said everyone loves the car. I drove it to Fort Myers and what a road trip vehicle. I think iy might ride better than my air did.

I also love my car. Everyone loves my car too.
This was my delivery day. First customer delivery out of the Roswell service center.
I have had great experience with the folks here.
I hope they make it into a Studio one day.
