Plugging tire

Had my 21 inch Perelli plugged and lost a small piece of the foam on the inside wall
Looking to see if tire would be Saul OK to use as a spare. Tire was on my 22 Air grand touring.

You can actually use it as a full tire, without issues. The cutting out of the foam just means you may hear a bit more tire noise and/or an annoying "thunk" whenever you drive over the missing foam piece. If that doesn't happen, or if it does and it doesn't annoy you, drive happy and in good health.
