Kyle Conner with Out of Spec Reviews has posted a couple videos on his road trip experience with Gravity and comparing to new Tesla Model Y XL. He also posted a seperate short (by OOS standards) video on driving Gravity on beach in Out of Spec Bits.

In general, these videos were quite positive, with only a few small gripes. In short he (and rest of his team) agreed that the Gravity was a road trip monster. Was it worth twice Model Y? Depends on your budget and if FSD is a major priority. For highway road tripping, FSD not missed as DDP worked quite well and the extra comfort, room, fast charging, etc. made up for difference in DDP vs FSD on highways. Stated that ultimate 2 car garage would be Gravity for road tripping and when extra space is needed and Model 3 for basic around town commuting, for when you don’t want to drive and just get to work and back, etc.

I haven't watched the first one, but "WE GOT STRANDED" isn't a great look.

They didn’t. They planned somewhat poorly lol. It’s a clickbait headline. It’s not a negative video, afaict (I do not have the time or energy to watch 7 hours of video tho lol)
 
Yeah, I meant to point out the “click bait” title. They got stranded due to poor planning on when ferries left the island. As I stated, in general, all three videos are quite positive on Gravity.
 
I'm fully aware that nobody forces anyone to watch these videos. But I am genuinely getting tired of videos this long just to get a few minutes of valuable insights. I've been following OOS for a long time, but even at 2x my patience is wearing out 🙂

Yes, its mostly based off the transcript uploaded and just summarized, but I always ask it to show me the main discussion and topics at 5 minute intervals.
 
it's also useful for information gathering like "show me the timestamp where they discussed xyz"

Hmmm..."stranded":
The local girl knew the schedule and stayed quiet so as not to rain on Kyle's ferryboat parade so in a way she sort of "planned" it (...or was it just to mess with the other girl re: the hostel??)
 
In contrast, the Cayenne EV managed to exceed its EPA range when traveling at 70mph, falling only about 10 miles short of Gravity's 70mph range. Gravity does have far more interior room though, and costs about $50-60K less for an equivalent trim.

This is not my experience. My 7 seater with the small wheels is averaging 3.5-3.6 mi/kwh right now in Texas fall, so right around epa estimated range. In Texas summer it was closer to 3.1-3.2, so HVAC definitely plays a a big role. My usage is mixed, but I have 23k+ miles in a little less than a year so obviously a fair amount of highway driving.

I could only dream of averaging 3.5 to 3.6 mi/kWh. I've been languishing in the 2.8 to 2.9 area and seemingly unable to get out of it. That's after almost a year and 16,000 miles of pretty liberal use of the accelerator - 75 mph to 80 mph on our freeways, and our front and rear a/c running almost all the time.

I also have the seven-seater with the smallest wheels.
 
At 75 to 80mph, 2.8 mi/kWh is very reasonable.
