One Weekend with Lucid Gravity Dream Edition #319 (Former Model X Owner)

I pushed the button under charge port door… still adapter stayed stuck until i put it in gear and moved it a few feet… it released the adapter then… thankfully.
Oh, so the button works, but with opposite of intended logic, so far this checks out, no surprises... 🤣

There is a release button on the charge port? 🤯
Man, I really should start to RTFM... and listen to my wife...
But first I'm going to see if THAT button works in MY car :p
Seriously! I’ve never seen that button nor have I used it. I have to go look for it now…

Yeah; that one I'd say *does* need a better indicator, because I also didn't know what that button did until I read the manual.

Can you take a video of this? That's now how mine works (I think?) so I'm really curious to see if I can reproduce it.

The button is black and not lit in any way. It also appears to do nothing (for me). I’ve been using the car for three months, charging all over, and never used that button. Never feels like I can’t pull charge cord out except if car is locked. When I do try to press it, it doesn’t feel like it’s got any give. So, for now, I think I will forget about it…

1 time outa ten the adapter decided to stay stuck in socket when I pulled out EA CCS plug. I try to grab it as I remove it to ensure that they come out together. Just glad that after going into gear briefly it let it go.
