Hat tip to @AirDoll. Lucid posted the first look at the Ojai interior. I think it looks really good and reaffirms my plan to get that interior for my GGT.

That’s what I’m going with. The white shows dirt, the black is boring and the wife does not like the brown so the choice was easy

Oh, how I wish this interior were available in the Dream Edition instead of just chalk white or bright orange.

After the gorgeous Santa Monica pallette in the Air Dream, Lucid really bit the dust with the Gravity Dream color choices.

It's really not orange. Have you seen it in person? I agree Ojai is pretty, but it's definitely my second choice.

Haven't seen it in person but many of the Tahoe photos do render as overly orange. I've seen a few that look better with more brown tones.

I ordered the Ojai too but very curious to see in person. This is the first photo I'm seeing if it outside of the configurator. Still no Gravities in the bay area stores. Called valley fair mall today and the rep said 1-2 months but I'm holding out for April.

The first Air I ever saw was in the Miami Brickell showroom -- Quantum Gray with Tahoe interior. And the Lunar Titanium Gravity I saw in West Palm Beach and later at the Brickell showroom had the Tahoe interior.

It doesn't look quite as orange in some photos, but the real thing looks to me very orange, like a new baseball glove that hasn't yet been oiled.

I've also seen Yosemite in person, this time on an Aurora Green Gravity at the Miami Worldcenter showroom. It's not as stark a white as in a Tesla, but it's very chalky.

For some reason, Lucid moved from the subtle tones of the gray and bone hues of the Air Dream to more in-your-face tones with the Gravity Dream interior.

These are a couple of photos I took of the Tahoe interior in Miami Brickell, and they accurately capture the color I saw there:

Yeah, not as orange but still not my favorite.

Weird choice to make the front seats dark with the tan/orange accents but the back seats all tan/orange.

You have to look closely in the photo, but the back seats do have the dark piping that matches the front seat surfaces -- the inverse of the front seats which have the rear seat piping color. (This was a prototype car, so I don't know whether that scheme made it into production.)

I don't think it's the final draft. The configurator shows all seats as the same color and the floor/carpet is dark. Thank goodness because to my eye that photo above is bleh. Configurator also doesn't look as orange but some other photos or maybe videos it does seem...bright.

@hmp10's pics of the Air prototype, not Gravity. Gravity will all be the same tones front and back.

The Ojai in those shots looks *way* better than in the configure studio. The studio shows some stark light gray material surrounding the console (just beneath the wood trim pieces) that turns out is a nice dark greyish weave in the real thing. I may have to switch back to Ojai, but I want to feel the leather vs the purluxe in person before I make a final decision.

FWIW I saw the Gravitys in NYC for the launch and to my eyes they were brown - not at all orange. Actually, for me, a bit disappointingly brown, and not orange enough to be a proper tan as I envision it. I love the orangey tan of a great pair of wingtips.

Everyone’s tastes are different but I find the Ojai to be off-putting. It’s a very putty looking color with lots of green in it, and not at all my cuppa.

I don't know what's up with the Gravity order configurator. Every image -- whether exterior, interior, or wheel faces -- looks dark and murky.

Definitely green tones where they shouldn't be can disquiet your gut. I await seeing it in person...

True. Although I like the Ojai better, I did notice what you call the "putty" tone (something that I called "muddy" when I saw it in Miami).

But that's kind of my point about offering the Gravity Dream in more limited interior and exterior colors than the Grand Touring. With such limited choices, the number of people who cannot find a color they like increases.

I understand they did something similar with the Air Dream (although they did add a fourth color -- Zenith Red -- shortly before production started), but at the time they were working from a temporary paint and with a supply chain disrupted by the pandemic. And, unlike with the Air Dream, the Gravity Dream may not even be the first version produced. Actually, it's not if the claim is to be believed that the cars delivered in December were production units.

Interesting that you and @WeighingGravity point to green undertones. While I didn't consciously register that when seeing the color samples in Miami, I did find that my planned color combo -- Aurora Green with Ojai -- somehow just didn't work when I held the Ojai sample against the green Gravity on display. It might have been two different greens working against each other without my realizing it.

In any case, I left the studio that day thinking I'd order the Lunar Titanium in order to stay with the Ojai . . . until the order configurator came up showing the Titanium as "late availability".

Although with the Air I liked some interior and exterior colors better than others, all the available color combos did work together. That design finesse (and the subtlety of interiors such as the Santa Monica) seem to have fallen by the wayside on the road to Gravity. I almost wonder if there weren't some personnel changes on the color/materials/texture team between the two models. (There's an acronym for such a team, but I forget it.)

We all went though all the discussions and stages from the reveal, the color release, to finally being able to book it and then the reviewers from throttle house and others, the legend leaving, then key fob, the outofspec documentary. The persons who trusted in Lucid and followed from the beginning again left in limbo with no updates as to what’s happening from actual Lucid. They said they’ll be an update in the first two weeks of April. 2nd Friday of April, once again No videos or emails about the bookings.

Here’s a photo I took of the Ojai leather at the NYC event…

At least on these swatches in person there was no greenish tone as one poster indicated above.
