Can you please let me know where you saw or from whom you received this information. I contacted Lucid and the price they gave me for 1 2024 Touring AWD was 949 plus aroun d 4K down. That includes taxes, but still, couldn't explain the discrepency in the payments. Thank you.

Does the vehicle include options? If so, those are not in the above costs listed by @hydbob

No. He indicated it was no option vehicle, as per my request. He asked me where I got the posted figures from, and I told him. He said that they must be old or inaccurate.

The cost seems kind of high for a vehicle with no options. I leased a '24 AT with Stealth package, 21' wheels, DDP and massaging heated seats for a cap cost of 88K after incentives.

I recommend going online to their calculator and reconciling that with the sales advisor to understand what is causing the difference.
Here is an estimate of a plain Touring lease coming to $751/month before any other discounts.

I am curious what the down payment is. Could that in part explain the difference in the monthly payments? And I assume that no taxes are included in either the monthly payment or amount due at delivery? Do you know what the money factor or residual are? Thanks for your help.

Well. The down payment is shown on the calculator and is factored in along with the other variables. The example doesn't include taxes, for some that is a factor but is based on the delivery zip. As for the rest of the details, you'll have to do the research.
