Is everybody going to have lifted restriction to provide referrals again when the new year starts? The ones who hit the 8 cap.

I noticed today a new referral came in but unsure how since I was passed the 8. So it sure how it came in

If any of your referrals were not delivered or were cancelled then you retained an open slot. Not sure when the system resets.
