I have a 2023 Touring - 18,000 miles. Since the 2.6.0 software update, I've been experiencing 3-4% battery drain overnight. Temp in my garage is 60-70* (southern AZ). My key fobs are in faraday bags with the batteries removed. I use the app and have location set to "only while using". I have not used A/C or heat in months and climate control is turned off. I've done a logo reset. The last charge was to 85%. The attached photo shows numbers today before charging from 13 to 85%. 144 miles on 72% of charge! Any ideas/remedies. I'm waiting for Tech to get back to me.

I'm not sure if that can explain it, but my 2025 AT's wake up times from the app have improved dramatically since the 2.6.0. And yes I've noticed the battery is draining a little faster, maybe 1-2% overnight (still very far from 1-2 mi/hr on my Model 3). Is it possible that this is due to the car "staying more awake" so to speak?

did you post the correct picture? I see a picture of trips driven and mi/kHh. i would expect a picture of battery% the night before and battery% in the early morning for a phantom drain question.

I have it happened three times where i lost 6% overnight. Spoke with CS and they said keep keys away and all that normal stuff. But my keys are far away and nothing is waking up my car. Also did you observe you cabin is little hot in the morning after this happened? In all instances my cabin temps showed hot forgot the number.

Totally agree on wake up from app being improved after this update, like it, will keep closer eye on drain.

I noticed that as well so I checked the Apple app store and it shows that there is an app update 2 days

The update made I guess the app faster
And for me it fixed for now the widget which keeps breaking after awhile

Plus
I am not sure if this is there before but I notice when you open the app while driving it shows you the speed and animation of the car running

Reporting back, only one night, but only a 1% difference/drain for my new AT last night (garage kept, temps in 50s) - this is typical amount I’ve seen since I got it a month ago.
I am very much enjoying the faster (and more consistent) app wake up time. Being a new owner, the laggy ‘wake up from the app’ was my primary concern with the car. I didn’t report it or anything I was just kinda annoyed but at same time it felt like a “solvable” problem, then 💥 it’s improved in my very first OTA, 👍

Unless you were sitting in the car listening to music, getting a massage and running the heat for long periods of time, I would reach out to customer care with the dates and amount of energy used and have them take a look. This is definitely not normal.

Talked to CS yesterday. I expect a call back from tech early in the week.
