New owner - how long until I get s/w v2.6?

Hi everyone. I got my new Air Touring last Thursday (2/6) and it’s on s/w v2.5.4. Anyone have an idea of when I can expect it to update the s/w to v2.6? I have DD Pro and am looking forward to those updates, but more importantly, I haven’t been able to link my phone as a mobile key. Customer service tells me it’s a cloud issue and I’ll be fine once my car updates to 2.6.

It appears the 2.6.0 rollout was paused to fix bugs. You'll likely have to wait for the next version to be released - I'd guess within a month or so.

I’m not sure that 2.6 is going to change your ability to link your phone as mobile key. What have you tried? I can help you troubleshoot that.

I’d love your help! I’ve gone through the setup, have hit “pair” and then as soon as I hit “continue” on the car screen, the Lucid app on my phone closes. My car then says that linking was successful but the Lucid app still shows it as unlinked and asks me to link it. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Lucid app and have removed the linked phone from the car and also from Bluetooth on my phone. I even tried linking my wife’s phone, but got the same result. Lucid says it is something with their cloud and that they should have a fix in a day or so, but that was 5 days ago.

BTW - Lucid says 2.6 is still being rolled out and is not being held up, Have no idea if that is correct.

The information on the version is correct. What type of phone are you using?

I picked up my GT on Jan 4th with 2.5.4
I got the notification for 2.6.1 today and installed it but have not had chance to drive the car, will see how it is tomorrow.
