So under the original old Lucid app, I was able to see a monthly history on how many times I charged and how many kWh I charged per month. It also clearly stated how long I had remaining until my 'free' charging expired, Until July 7, 2026 in my case.

At any rate, all that data and proof of 'free charging' on the newest iteration of my Lucid app is gone. I can't seem to find it.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

What happens when I try to charge? Since I was required to add a credit card (under the old app still mind you), does this mean Lucid removed my free charging plan before they were supposed to?

Has anyone with free charging charged since the app update?

Anywhere to find the charging history now?

Your free charging plan is under “Service Summary” in “Charging” and once you’re in charging history click on the arrows next to the month on the top of the page to look at your history, it’s all there

I am a new owners of an Air Touring that I just bought with 6,000 miles on it. I don’t see the charging history since I am the new owner but I still see the history of the original owners. I even have a new Lucid phase 2 charger at home and I see nothing about home or public charging. I called the Lucid service and I was told « that charging history is only available for original owners » even I have been told the opposite before buying. I even ask to pay a annual fee to have this, and answer was NO.

Is this ring a bell to someone else ??? Any solutions or infos
Thank you, Michel

The charging history Lucid records is only what is billed to/through Lucid. Only EA ever shows up, and only if you're using Lucid's charging subscription vs paying EA directly.

I recently had my free charging expire and hv been using the TESLA chargers.
Tesla has been over charging me several times when I didn't plug in.
They charge $25 when you plug in and then charge you again for the actual charge and dont credit the $25 or remove the charge afterwards.
Also I hv 5 charges on my credit card for one day when I only charged once.
But you go to charging history in the app and all I get is "No Charging History" and "Unable to load. Try again"
It would be nice to be able to compare the email receipts from Lucid motors with a charging history if it worked.
NEW Charging people BEWARE!!!

This is disturbing. Does it just take time for the credits to appear?

Also, for charging at Tesla Superchargers, don’t you need to use the Tesla app, and wouldn’t that have the history? I didn’t think the Lucid app would work for Tesla superchargers.

I’m a new Gravity owner and I haven't tried supercharging yet (but have used Tesla superchargers for my Tesla).

They are not credits. They are authorizations. They never get posted. The OP is mistaken. There have been other threads on this before and nobody has reported that they showed up as anything other than pending. This is the same thing hotels do for security deposits, for example.

Lucid supports Plug and Charge at Tesla superchargers, through the Lucid app (though usually just seamlessly).

It’s easy. Just plug in. Sometimes it’ll ask you through the Lucid app to tell it which station you’re at if there’s a communication issue, but that’s rare. (If it isn’t rare, your car has an issue)

My credit card company was able to resolve the extra $150 in charges after a week or so.
But now afraid to charge away from home.
I avoid it at all costs.

These were not charges. What did you have to do to resolve them?

We filed a claim with the credit card company and they were able to get Lucid/Tesla to refund them after I assume reveiwing the actual power consumed.
When you connect a Tesla charger you are initialy charged $25 and after charging, they charge the balance from what I can tell when I did a large charging session.
But this time, the Tesla charger just kept billing my CC in $25 increments 6 times during charging and then billed my card at the end of charging for the whole bill.

Hopefully, this is an anomaly. I did a test change just to make sure charging at a Tesla supercharger will work when I need it. Worked fine. Billed $4.89 for my test and which shows up in the Lucid app.

I plan on using the Tesla app with the one month subscription if I need to supercharge for real, though.

And those actually posted, rather than staying pending? I’m sorry, I do believe you, that would just be an extremely unique case.

They are normally authorizations that stay pending and then disappear, and never post.

You are not charge $25 at the beginning of a session; they simply authorize that that amount is available to charge if needed. That’s why it doesn’t post. The only charge that ever posts is the actual cost.

That is how it *should* work, anyway. And how it works for me.

Yeah, I only used the Lucid app when charging on the Tesla grid.
Didn't know you can use the "Tesla"app.
Let me know if it worx better.
I'm going back down to San Diego tmw and will try the same Tesla chargers again on the Lucid app.
Wish me luck.

@DavidBWilliams I just tried via the Tesla app. As soon as I hit “start charging” in the Tesla App (click three lines in upper right -> charge your other EV), there was a fee of $20 as a prepayment. I added $5.22 worth of charge. My credit card shows the $20 prepayment followed by a negative payment (credit) of -$14.78. Whatever the problem was, Tesla/Lucid seems to have fixed it.

Important note: Don’t plug in the charger before hitting “start charging” in the Tesla app. If you plug in the charger first, you’ll activate the Lucid plug&charge and the fees will automatically go to the Lucid app instead of Tesla. With Lucid plug&charge, you won’t get the Tesla discount if you have the monthly subscription. I read this in another forum post.

Jumping in here after only my second time charging my Gravity at a Tesla supercharger. But there’s a bit of a windup.

I stopped at the Tesla superchargers in San Clemente CA, ignoring the Lucid navigation’s recommendation to charge at a location a few miles up the freeway, in San Juan Capistrano. Three times, after a few seconds of blinking white lights, I’d get a steady green light, and my instrument panel would simply say “Charging Stopped”. I tried three times to get the Gravity charging, even moving to another. Same result, “Charging Stopped”.

Thinking this would solve my charging problem, I then signed up for Tesla’s monthly subscription. $14.13 including tax. No change. I gave up, pulled my Gravity away and joined my family for lunch. We were really going to be delayed returning to San Diego now, because they’d already ordered lunch, and we really couldn’t just leave. I’d have to stop again, to charge somewhere else. Over lunch I started fooling around on the Tesla app, and checked on the San Clemente location. Figures. “Not compatible”. Lesson learned. Not ALL Version 2 superchargers are compatible with our NACS port Gravity(s). I should have paid attention to Lucid navigation.

After lunch we pressed on down to Oceanside, pulled up to an older version 2 station, on the recommendation of Lucid navigation, plugged in and got from 18% to 80% in 30 minutes.

Here’s the thing - I got charged $14.13 for joining Tesla’s subscription service. Then I got charged $42.16 by “Lucid EV Charging” for the cost of charging itself. And then finally, I got charged $25, again by Lucid EV Charging, for no reason I could think of. This charge is NOT “pending”, this $25 charge actually got posted to my credit card. On the Lucid app, in my charging history, the total cost of charging came to $67.16, for 93.3 kWh.

Is this normal now, getting charged $25 by Lucid, every time we charge at a Tesla supercharger? This sucks.

Note: All this charging happened on Monday, February 16th. The charges to my credit card posted yesterday. They didn’t waste time.

Too bad I didn’t know this, before my charging experience this past Monday.

Well as of a year later
Nope no service entries at all

Hm my last one was January 2026, which was the last time I used it, but that shows up, as does my November 2025 charge.

Seems working for me?

It would only show DCFC charges at EA or Tesla with plug and charge.
