New App for iphone

Can someone guide me as to how to download the new app on my iphone 13. I hit OPEN on the app and it goes to my Lucid app and nothing happens. Thanks.

The Lucid app has a home screen indicating remaining mileage, a picture of the vehicle, etc. It's my understanding that when I update the app this will change to look different. I've seen what it's supposed to look like and it totally different from what I've been seeing since I got the car in Dec 24. When I go into the app store and attempt to update I press my only option "OPEN" and nothing changes on the Lucid home page.

How old is your iPhone? What version of iOS?

This is only a guess, but if you have an older phone it may not be compatible with a newer version.

Please take a screenshot of the entry in the app store. Others here who have Apple devices may be able to help you then.

Iphone 13. ios ver 18.5

If you go to the App Store and type in Lucid you can see what version your app is. I have 18.5 iOS and lucid version 2.3.2.

Version 2.4.0 is out.. I just downloaded it. Looks like they added the ability to rearrange the controls for opening the trunk/frunk, unlocking the doors, etc.

have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that changes the home screen?

Rather than hitting 'Open', click on the name of the app 'Lucid Motors' in this case. That will take you to a second screen that explains the app. If you haven't installed the update yet it will say 'Update' on this screen. Click Update, let it install, and then click 'Open' to go to the new app version

Very nice to have the customized controls ability. I want them to make the stop charging button two steps… (or at least ask, “are you sure?”)

More than a few mis hits of that on a DC fast charging session…
