I hear some wind noise but I don't know if its the expected amount.

Measure it with a dB meter. Should be 65ish.

I hear good things about mobile.

I’ve had great experiences with service out of Millbrae, though right now they’re overloaded as they try to hire for San Jose too, and thus are temporarily somewhat understaffed.

It’s been fantastic though, for both vehicles. Service is not one of our complaints.

Sorry to hear about your issues. The few things that pooped up for me were handled pretty well in the Atlanta Service Center. Communication wasn't 100% but they handled everything relatively smooth.

I can’t imagine these guys making it. They cant even service the vehicles they’ve already sold, and they have a lot of problems that should never happen.

My service was excellent, there might have been many reasons why a service advisor quit- no need to disparage the company because of this one small mundane thing. Get of your high horse please….

Service seems very inefficient. Dropped it off 2.5 weeks ago for a broken trim piece, wind noise and rear window alignment. Sent pics of the trim piece when I scheduled the appt. thinking they would be proactive and order it in advance... Nope. Meanwhile, they're paying for a premium rental because they were out of loaners. This should have been a 1-day job.

Might be a bigger issue than expected hard to say at least they’re paying for a loaner.

think they can just order a part depending on pictures? They need to examine and decide which parts to get.
