Maintenance Intervals

Can any of the new owners share with the rest of us the maintenance intervals according to the owner's manual? On the Lucid website they talk about "annual maintenance" which seems excessive and unnecessary to me. One of the huge benefits of owning an electric vehicle is the fact that you don't have the hassle and expensive of getting it serviced frequently.
