Cannot beging to express my gratitude to @Andrew@CCRC enough for hosting us this morning at Pacific BMW Collision Center. Thank you to everyone who came and the entire crew at Pacific BMW Collision Center for the wonderful pastries, coffee, and the amazing tour and Q&A session. It was an eye opening experience and helped shed some light on the whole repair process. Also, now I'm questioning my insurance decisions . See you all at the next event!

Was great meeting you and you certainly buttered us up with those pastries . The tour was certainly impressive and good to see all the work and care that goes on behind the scenes to repair our cars at your shop if needed.

Yep. While I sure hope I never have to bring my car in, the tour was really interesting and informative. I now really understand why the repair costs are what they are.
