hmm .. tough one .. take your pick .. I believe the studios hosting Holiday parties are:

Meatpacking District -- NYC, NY
Millbrae -- Millbrae, CA
Goose Island -- Chicago, IL
West Palm Beach -- West Palm Beach, FL
Beverly Hills -- Beverly Hills, CA
Toronto -- Toronto, ON (Canada)
Scottsdale -- Scottsdale, AZ

Scottsdale is probably the closest to Salt Lake and Millbrae is likely the second closest (just guessing)

Yes, I found that interesting, since now I can't RSVP. Got an email Monday and Friday, but was holding off RSVPing (and didn't click the link to check if Scottsdale was on the list before). Maybe they are full?
