Lucid sold me a damaged GT without disclosing

No not kudos to lucid as they have not resolved anything. This is a sold as new 6k mi car that they willfully withheld damage of the hood, bumper, windshield, wiper arm, chips in the door paint and who knows what else when I get it on a lift. Pictures? Oh you must be referring to the ones I received two weeks after asking for them as I was reassured the car was in transport (and not a paint shop). Those lies? Yeah no judos should be given.
U are absolutely correct! No kudos to be given here! They tout themselves as a premier, luxury car maker, so they need to act like it, and quickly! Im very skeptical of buying “used” vehicles unseen. Stay away from that situation if possible.

I am not saying I disagree but traditional car companies do clean up like those fixes when their cars get to the port (if they are being imported) or at some other point in the pre sale process. Those port fixes are typically not disclosed. Since it was sold as new Lucid is acting like other car makers.

The OP has a warranty and it sounds like Lucid has been good so far for him in honoring that warranty promptly.
You aren't wrong, however, you buy a car even new in the condition it is in. There is generally a process with the dealer during delivery where you inspect the vehicle. Anything that they are agreeing to fix, they write an "owed" slip for.

Anything without, there's no obligation I'm aware of to fix things which are normally not covered under warranty. Anything cosmetic/wear/etc is very rarely warranty.

Some do it out of courtesy and customer relations. As far as I know in any state I've lived in or bought from, they have no actual obligation though.
