It is great to hear on today’s earnings call that Uber’s Nuro integration and other strategic initiatives are moving full steam ahead. The NVIDIA collaboration is especially exciting—big things ahead for intelligent automation and next-gen mobility. Hands-free free which is fully developed in-house versus partnerships, will be something I have my eye on.

"We are playing to win" - Marc Winterhoff

Congratulations also to Emad Dlala, who has been appointed Senior Vice President, Engineering and Digital. In addition to leading the powertrain organization, he will now oversee all product development functions, including vehicle engineering, digital systems, and software. In his expanded role, he will continue to drive Lucid's technology leadership, lead vehicle development, improve cost efficiency and manufacturability, and advance Lucid's software-defined vehicle architectures. With this end-to-end responsibility, I think he will be able to implement many new ideas to help push Lucid forward.

Congratulations also to Erwin Raphael has been elevated to Senior Vice President, Revenue, with expanded global responsibilities. He will now lead global sales and service operations, driving accountability for revenue and customer experience as Lucid expands further into new consumer markets worldwide.

Some of Lucid's Financial Highlights

Produced 3,891 vehicles in Q3, up 116% compared to Q3 2024, with more than 1,000 additional vehicles built for Saudi Arabia for final assembly
Delivered 4,078 vehicles in Q3; up 47% compared to Q3 2024
Q3 revenue of $336.6 million; up 68% compared to Q3 2024
Subsequent to quarter end, the Public Investment Fund ("PIF") and Lucid agreed to increase the delayed draw term loan credit facility (the "DDTL") from $750 million to approximately $2.0 billion. Lucid's total liquidity at quarter end would have been approximately $5.5 billion, giving effect to this DDTL increase, up from actual total liquidity of $4.2 billion. The DDTL facility remains undrawn.
Operational Highlights

Announced a strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to co-develop next-generation Level 4 autonomous driving technology, positioning Lucid at the forefront of intelligent, software-defined vehicle development and one of the first to offer Level 4 autonomous driving capabilities to consumers.
Delivered the first Lucid vehicles into the robotaxi engineering fleet for further development by Nuro, marking a key milestone in the Uber robotaxi partnership; announced initial rollout in San Francisco in 2026.
Completed Uber's $300 million strategic investment in Lucid, strengthening alignment around shared goals in premium electric and autonomous transportation.
Announced key organizational changes designed to accelerate growth, streamline decision-making, enhance accountability, and strengthen global expansion.

This reads like an internal all-staff email. Congratulations!
Lol. What a buzz kill. These are exciting times. With the PIF further growing its investment and an undrawn 2B loan facility, it ensures they have the runway to continue into midsize and beyond.

The retail questions are absurd. A simple Google search would have given them the answers or looking at Lucid's press release page.

Yeah, you should call in sometime @HC_79 I'd like to hear your take. They happen to always be pretty benign on every earnings call. Or easily researchable. I do wonder what L2++ elements can come to Air, since it sounds like they are prioritizing Air and Gravity.

Bloomberg's take is less than enthusiastic.

Interesting that Gravity hands free has gone from "Later this year" to now "soon". We all know what that word means when it comes to Lucid and it's certainly not the same soon that we think. I don't expect it to be coming until next year now.

Bloomberg’s coverage of Lucid is always negative. Even when there’s genuinely good news, like the Nvidia collaboration, the Gravity progress, or new tech rollouts, their take still reads like a hit piece. Lucid’s real story is long-term: Gravity, (Midsize), AI systems, and scaling through Saudi support. Bloomberg, on the other hand, lives quarter to quarter. That time horizon mismatch automatically makes their take look bad.

I think that if you zoom out, Lucid’s fundamentals and partnerships are finally starting to align, even if financial media isn’t ready to see it yet.

Interesting. Yeah, I didn't hear that. But I am sure you are right. They probably have software working night and day on the bugs that have precipitated from launch, instead of on the Hands-Free.

ADAS team is completely separate from UX/UI team. We can thank our lucky stars for that, if the UX/UI team was also doing ADAS, our cars would probably be ramming into walls 😂

I ask questions in the Say platform but it seems every idiot under the sun keeps voting for questions that are easily searchable on the internet. Baby steps, we at least didn’t hear a question about “partnerships, when?” 😂

Even Marc feels like it's Groundhog Day with these investment bankers.

Call in, lol. I want an invite to Investors Day, which he is talking about rn.

Your point is demonstrated by how differently the same earnings were reported by other outlets, for example:

Lucid Motors Q3 net loss narrows to $978 million; revenue surges 68% ahead of EV tax credit cutoff

Lucid Motors reported a third-quarter net loss of $978 million, a 1.4 percent improvement from a year earlier, as revenue surged on record deliveries prior to the electric vehicle tax credit cutoff.

Revenue rose 68 percent in the most recent quarter to $337 million, the Newark, Calif., automaker said Nov. 5. Deliveries grew to a record 4,078 vehicles.......

Yeah, I am surprised someone actually picked those. I can't seem to get my shares validated so that I can ask questions.

Also I feel like Nuro has had some impact working with Lucid's team with getting the Air's Hand's free stuff tuned really well....

I was surprised to see Eric Bach leave

On the other, I'm glad to see that Lucid expects the bulk of the remaining orders to be Gravities, plus they now have enough funding for midsize start of production

Critics thought Lucid would run out of cash this year or next year.

Now, it has enough liquidity through the first half of 2027.
Yep. Not only that, but I was happy to hear that BOM costs on Midsize will be lower. And are already affecting the price of parts on Air and Gravity as the contracts for midsize are awarded. It will be amazing if they can beat Model 3 pricing. I'm hopeful.
