Lucid Home Charger Back Ordered???

Ordered 6.14.2025. Hasn't shipped yet. Anyone know if it is on Back Order? Customer Care can't seem to give me a response after two calls. Anyone?

Same here—mine’s been back ordered for weeks with no clear ETA. In the meantime, I’m using a ChargePoint Home Flex and it works great with the Lucid Air.

You may miss the Chargepoint Home flex's user-friendliness once you have the LCHCS installed. Why switch?

My LCHCS works perfectly every time. Charges the Lucid at 18kW and the GV60 at 11kW.

Website says expected shipment is 27th June. I ordered the NACS one on Sunday and it’s arriving Thursday so was a nice surprise as I wasn’t expecting it until next week at the earliest.

I ordered the 40A mobile charger on 6/21/25 and paid for expedited 2-day shipping. Called customer service today (6/27/25) and was told it won’t ship until 7/11/25.
