Lucid Gravity Q1 2026 lease incentives

What do you want from them? To give you the car for free? lol
🤣 would love that. I guess we were hoping for something closer to the EOY deals (which we realize is not happening) or at least what we got on our AT last year end of Q2 (~$27,500 in incentives). For us, changes in the incentives haven't changed the actual numbers much over the past month. In fact there was a period early Feb where there was $2k on-site and $2k studio select, plus the other relevant incentives, which actually amount to $1k more than the current set. I just don't know if differences in money factor and residual value may have made the current lease numbers better. This is also partially due to increasingly heavy incentives to trade-in a vehicle but for obvious reasons a trade-in is not ideal for a lease. Our state's horrid lease sales tax policy also doesn't help.

But the point is well-taken that these are strong incentives all things considered. Hopefully many people get to take advantage of them! We may yet still..

I wish I got these incentives! Punishment of being an early adopter, paying a lease premium for features Lucid is yet to deliver 8 months on!

Time is always on the buyer's side for high-tech items.

If it makes you feel any better the auto wiper function on my 2019 Model S said “beta” next to it from 2019 until I sold it 2 months ago for the Gravity.

Yup.

But also months of driving it and more HP with the DE, or so I keep telling myself. :)

I am on the fence as well. I am getting these incentives only ($7,500 + $2,000 + $1,000) for the Gravity Grand Touring. On top of that, the vehicle has 21/22 inch wheels. I want 20/21 so I can get more range and save $1750. I am thinking of waiting one more quarter. What do you think?

I think there is an additional $3,000 St. Patrick's incentive through this weekend, which basically replaces the Studio Select incentive. We are still on the fence as well. Theoretically Q2 incentives could be better since it is likely the last of the current inventory before MY'27 comes out (and last year we got a MY'25 AT at end of Q2 with incentives that appeared better than Q1 and Q3) but at the same time, maybe the dwindling inventory makes it hard to find the car you want. Decisions, decisions

Also, has anyone traded in a vehicle? Would it be possible to buy a family member's Tesla and use that as a trade-in, or is there some required minimum duration of ownership to trade a vehicle in?

I traded in a Model X, they didn't mention any requirements on length of ownership.

thanks, did you get sales tax cut for the trade-in price, or just for the positive equity? my SA is claiming it's only for positive equity which does not sound right. Also, how did the trade-in value compare to other places, KBB trade-in value etc if you don't mind me asking?

They do it through KBB and the offer was comparable to the Carvana one. Yes, the Sales tax was calculated on the Gravity's price minus the trade-in (I'm in NY, I know not all states allow for that)

Well then...I was offered $7500, + $3000 "manager's special" (if ordered by this Sunday), + $2000 conquest, + $5000 for LT cancellation, and + $1000 "order same day as demo drive" incentive
That adds to $18,500 off any of the scrap vehicles !

Hmmm... 18-24mo lease is looking like a no brainer whilst Lucid sets it's course w/ midsize and the SW and possibly even the battery pack chemistry matures and I get to degrade BofA's battery. Grey is the new silver!?

Two questions...is t possible to find out the production date of an inventory vehicle?
How many days does it have to be in a SC before they have violated the terms of the lease??

I haven't asked my SA to quote me lease terms recently. But back in December, there were surprisingly big differences in how attractive the lease terms were for different lease durations. For anyone who's thinking about leasing and is flexible about the lease length, I'd recommend to ask for a quote for the full array of possible lengths.

Everytime I’ve played with the payment calculator or asked for a quote by my SA, the 39 month lease has been the lowest payment, sometimes by far, even compared to a 48 mo lease. I assume the money factor is lowest for a 39 month lease. That said, if you know for sure you’d want to get in a midsize asap it could make sense to get a shorter lease, or perhaps a loan, or one of the few used Gravity’s out there?

In the "old days", car companies would try to time leases that were started more than 3 months after the "new model year" to end just just before a future new model year. In traditional September new model years, if the leases came due in June or July, the new lessee had to take the last of the "old" model year inventory.

Our Polestar lease is a 27 month lease - designed to end before a traditional new model year. Outside of the traditional US manufacturers, we have seen a move away from the off-calendar model years and running improvements are becoming the norm, especially for non-traditional car companies.

Just confirmed, for anyone else who may be wondering, Loyalty and Conquest do not stack. Likewise, Studio Select and whatever is the seasonal discount du jour (St. Patty right now) also do not stack.
I'm holding out for another few months while my month-to-month Air lease extension times out, but I'm not optimistic things will get appreciably better.

Gravity/Model X/R1S all lease aggressively poorly compared to the equivalent legacy luxury EVs.
Things is, for me at least, the Tesla and Rivian aren't even a distant consideration in the first place. I'm purchasing in large part based on driving dynamics, and those two aren't competive. Lucid needs to convince me why the Gravity is worth 50% than an iX, not why it's priced in-line with an R1S.
Truthfully, I do get "why" it is that way in the current political and economic climate, but in the end money talks.

Might be better off with a longish (24 month) if you wish the switch to mid-size without too many hassles.

Some folks missed out or thought they might get even more discounts so didn't buy in Dec. Just human nature, when a deal passes through. They way I see it, couple of thousand on a 90-120k vehicle doesnt make much of a difference if you really like the vehicle. But some like to get the " best deal ".

I know I need the deal not because of greed but was out of the country.
