I finally got my plates and went to mount them to discover I only received screws in the rear license plate frame. So I have to order 4 more. The nearest Lucid service center is an hour round trip for me - not worth going there just for this.
The screws they provided for the back are T25 pan head, M5 x 10mm. The weird thing is they are coarse thread, not the usual 0.8 thread pitch for M5. So a #10-14 x 3/8" coarse thread screw should also work. Makes sense since they are biting into plastic, not metal.
I don't think tamper resistant security screws will do a whole lot for you since both the front and rear plates screw into plastic frames. If someone really wants your plates they could probably just pull them off.
